Property Management Agreement

This agreement is made between __________ ("Owner") and __________ ("Manager") for the property at __________, beginning __________.

1. Duties

Manager shall advertise vacancies, screen applicants, sign leases on Owner's behalf, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, handle tenant communications and provide monthly statements.

2. Compensation

Manager earns __________% of rent collected and a leasing fee of $__________ for each new tenant placed.

3. Repairs
